Step 1 - We Call
Thank you for reaching out to us via email. We will call you at the requested time to discuss how we can assist you. During our conversation, we will answer any questions you may have and provide information about our company. Additionally, we will offer initial guidance on how we can provide care that meets your needs.
Step 2 - We Assess
The next step is a complimentary in-home assessment. During this visit, we will come to the home of your loved one who requires care. We will discuss their needs in detail and ask questions to gain a better understanding of the individual needing support. Our goal is to learn about their personality, interests, hobbies, and cultural background. After the assessment, we will create a customized care plan for you to review.
Step 3 - We Match
We will pair your loved one with a caregiver who is best suited to meet their care needs and personality. On the first day, our caregiver will visit your home for an introductory meeting. You can rest assured that the caregiver will have reviewed the care plan in advance and will be prepared to start immediately.
