Step 1 - We Call
Thank you for reaching out to us via email. We will call you at the requested time to discuss how we can assist you. During this conversation, we will address any questions you may have and share information about our company. Additionally, we will provide initial guidance on how we can offer care that meets your needs.
Step 2 - We Assess
The next step is a complimentary in-home assessment. During this visit, we will come to the home of your loved one who requires care. We will discuss the services needed in detail and ask questions to better understand the individual who needs support. Our goal is to learn about their personality, interests, hobbies, and cultural background. After the assessment, we will create a customized care plan for you to review.
Step 3 - We Match
We will connect your loved one with a caregiver who is the best match for their care needs and personality. On the first day, our caregiver will come to your home for an introduction. You can be assured that the caregiver will have reviewed the care plan in advance and will be ready to start immediately.
